What You’ll Do Build and scale our AI agent platform and internal tools
Own backend services, APIs, and integrations with CRMs like ServiceTitan
Ship new features end-to-end—idea → prototype → production
Optimize our real-time voice infrastructure and improve agent intelligence
What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack engineering
Comfortable with high-velocity shipping and early-stage ambiguity
Bonus: Experience with LLMs, telephony, or real-time systems
