THE JOB: As a Slots Manager, you will responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Slot Operations team during your assigned shift. This role focuses on driving employee engagement, delivering exceptional guest service, safeguarding company assets, and ensuring team members effectively carry out their duties. All responsibilities must be carried out in alignment with departmental guidelines and property policies, procedures, and standards.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Use strategies to engage employees, foster a positive work environment, gather and resolve employee issues, and retain top performers Maintain ongoing communication with employees to share information, listen to feedback, and role-model S.H.O.W. standards Effectively develop and mentor hourly employees to support employees' career goals and to ensure all departmental standards and goals are understood and met Deliver a level of guest service which is consistent with the company's and property's core service standards Assist with the management of staff scheduling to ensure company service standards are met Provide instruction, training and implementation of service and other company programs to staff Manage, organize, and complete assigned projects with attention to detail within the established deadline Assist the Shift Manager with management of human resource responsibilities to include training, issuing discipline and ensure the proper documentation of all actions taken for assigned staff members. Ensure inventory of all company equipment and sensitive keys during shift are maintained and accounted for Protect the confidentiality of company files and documents under immediate control THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Two years of prior relevant experience in a slots/casino environment Ability to work any shift including weekends, holidays, and evenings THE PERKS & BENEFITS:

Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is: $68,000.00 - $90,700.00
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's incentive plan. Eligible employees have the opportunity to participate in medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans as well as 401(k) and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
