We’re looking for a

Head of Product

to join our leadership team, own our market positioning, and ensure Digideck stands out as the clear leader in our space. This role will blend market insight, customer empathy, and AI-driven product strategy to guide the platform’s evolution. As Head of Product, you will be the strategic architect of Digideck’s future. Deeply understanding our competitive landscape, identifying opportunities in the market ecosystem, and establishing a clear, differentiated position for our platform. You will be the voice of the customer and the market in the executive team, ensuring our product direction aligns with evolving customer needs and industry trends. You’ll work closely with design, engineering leadership, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver on a bold vision that drives adoption, loyalty, and growth. Key Responsibilities

Market & Competitive Positioning

Develop a deep understanding of the market ecosystem, competitive landscape, and emerging trends. Define and articulate Digideck’s unique position in the market — ensuring it’s clear, compelling, and defensible. Partner with marketing and sales to translate product strengths into impactful messaging, thought leadership, and GTM strategy. Continuously track industry developments to inform proactive product decisions.

Product Vision & Strategy

Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap, with a strong emphasis on AI-first innovation and differentiation. Translate customer insights and market intelligence into actionable product priorities. Ensure product strategy is fully aligned with company growth objectives and revenue targets. Customer Advocacy

Serve as the primary advocate for our customers in strategic discussions. Partner with customer-facing teams to gather feedback, validate concepts, and ensure new features deliver measurable value. Build mechanisms for ongoing customer input to shape the product lifecycle. Cross-Functional Leadership

Collaborate closely with engineering leadership to ensure product delivery aligns with vision and quality standards. Partner with marketing to drive strong product launches and category awareness. Work with sales and customer success to enable teams to position Digideck effectively and maximize adoption. AI Innovation

Identify high-impact opportunities to integrate AI/ML that enhance customer workflows, personalization, and outcomes. Stay ahead of emerging AI capabilities that could redefine our competitive advantage. What You’ll Bring

8+ years in SaaS product leadership, with experience defining market position and leading competitive differentiation. Proven success in bringing a B2B SaaS product to a clear leadership position in its category. Strong understanding of go-to-market alignment, pricing/packaging strategies, and category creation principles. Experience managing and/or collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure delivery aligns with product vision. Customer-first mindset, with exceptional skill in translating needs into compelling product offerings. Familiarity with AI/ML trends and their practical application in software products. Executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence at the board, leadership, and market level.
