is seeking an experienced and passionate professional who possesses the skills to coordinate fundraising and partnership activities for a non-profit organization. About Pollinator Partnership: Pollinator Partnership is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to protect and promote the health of pollinator species. As the world’s largest organization devoted exclusively to the preservation of birds, bees, butterflies, beetles, and bats, P2 plays a key role in preserving terrestrial ecosystems, promoting agricultural productivity, and enhancing local communities through pollinator-centered work. P2 has been actively supporting the conservation and protection of pollinators throughout North America since 1996. A multifaceted approach using original science; habitat preservation and creation; policy outreach; and public education has helped us achieve our goals in pollinator conservation. Principal Responsibilities – Supporting the Development and Communications Manager with planning and executing fundraising activities – Managing, maintaining, and growing corporate partnerships – Donor retention and recruitment, and stewardship strategies – Conducting research on funding opportunities such as high-net-worth individuals, corporate sponsorships, and private foundations – Grant writing including proposal ideas and budget creation – Donor tracking and fundraising activities in CRM (Bloomerang) – Supporting program staff in fundraising and donor engagement across initiatives – Virtual and in-person donor and partner event coordination Required Qualifications: – Degree in fundraising, development, philanthropy, grant writing, nonprofit management, or equivalent relevant work experience (2+ years’ experience preferred) – Highly organized and detail-oriented, resourceful and adaptable – Strong written and verbal communication skills – Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute projects independently and collaboratively – Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite; experience with CRM systems (especially Bloomerang) is a plus Working Conditions and Technical/Physical Requirements: – Must have the ability to input data, read computer screens and printed material, communicate effectively in-person, via phone, videoconferencing and e-mail, and operate office equipment. – Primarily sedentary work with occasional standing, walking, stooping or crouching, kneeling, reaching, pushing, grasping, and lifting. Ability to lift and carry objects up to 20 lbs. Compensation:

$57,000-$67,000. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
