*Job Overview*
We’re seeking a highly creative, energetic, and socially savvy Social Media Manager to develop and execute content strategies across all platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Creative Director and Videographer to produce engaging content, drive community engagement, and amplify our brand presence. You’ll need to be comfortable in front of the camera and have a natural talent for storytelling through visuals, trends, and engaging posts.
*Key Responsibilities*
*Content Strategy & Planning:* Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy to drive engagement and align with iSLEEP’s branding and business goals. *Content Creation & Posting:* Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Create compelling copy and visuals that resonate with our audience and promote brand awareness. *Video Production & Collaboration:* Work closely with our Videographer to create short-form videos, behind-the-scenes content, and other engaging visuals. Be comfortable in front of the camera, capturing personal moments and highlighting our team’s culture and expertise. *Community Engagement:* Foster a vibrant online community by responding to comments, direct messages, and interacting with followers in a fun and authentic way. *Analytics & Reporting:* Track key performance metrics across all platforms, reporting on engagement, reach, and other key social media KPIs. Analyze trends and adjust strategies accordingly. *Collaborative Team Member:* Work with other internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing, product, and customer engagement initiatives.
*Qualifications*
2+ years of experience in social media management or related roles. Proven experience across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with a strong understanding of each platform's unique features and best practices. Comfortable on camera and willing to create authentic, relatable content that connects with followers. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative flair. Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. A passion for staying ahead of social media trends, tools, and analytics. Bonus points for experience with social media advertising and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
