The Produce Team Member position involves supporting the Produce team by receiving and preparing products, maintaining an attractive Produce area, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Key responsibilities include:
Maintaining fresh, appealing displays by keeping cases and shelves clean, well-stocked, and properly rotated.
Collaborating with the Team Leader to organize and showcase seasonal items and promotions.
Monitoring product freshness and communicating any waste or spoilage issues.
Completing necessary documentation for inventory and quality checks.
Ensuring timely arrival to your workstation, maintaining professional grooming and demeanor.
Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers effectively.
Maximizing sales potential through effective merchandising and stock management.
Adhering to safety and sanitation standards while maintaining a clean work environment.
Performing opening, mid, and closing duties accurately.
Reporting any safety hazards immediately.
Taking on additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
