Position Overview Chevron is seeking a highly skilled communications professional to join as the Labor Relations and Litigation Communications Advisor. This role is crucial in safeguarding the company's reputation and ensuring effective communication during complex labor relations and litigation issues. The successful candidate will develop and implement communication strategies for internal and external audiences, demonstrating superb written and verbal communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a deep understanding of legal and regulatory complexities. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute communication plans for litigation cases and high-profile issues, including labor relations.

Manage projects, track performance, and conduct reviews for continuous improvement.

Manage communication during high-stakes litigation to mitigate reputational risk and maintain public trust.

Interpret and explain labor agreements, company policies, and relevant laws to employees and management.

Create content such as press releases, statements, Q&A documents, and talking points for various audiences.

Build and maintain relationships with legal teams, HR, journalists, and industry experts.

Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and industry trends related to litigation and labor relations, providing reports to senior management.

Ensure all communications are accurate, timely, and compliant with legal and regulatory standards.

Additional responsibilities include facilitating discussions between management and employees, assisting in labor dispute resolution, serving as the media contact for litigation inquiries, and ensuring legal compliance in all communications. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Law, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a communications role, preferably in legal, HR, or corporate settings.

Exceptional communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects, conflict resolution experience, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and understanding of legal and labor laws.
