The Opportunity
As the Receptionist, you will interface with clients, visitors, and colleagues in a team setting and uphold the image of the Firm by maintaining positive contact with clients, attorneys, and staff. You will perform general front desk duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, coordinating meeting room reservations, confirming daily meeting planning for internal and client meetings and social events.
This position is located at our Century City office: 2029 Century Park East, Suite 3500, Los Angeles, CA 90067
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

The salary range for this role is $55,000 to $62,000 annually, which is based on a 40-hour work week. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Century City. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual merit increase and bonus pay.

The Opportunity

The Day-To-Day
On any given day, you will interact with coworkers and clients on a variety of requests. You will:
- Greet visitors entering and leaving the office.
- Answer multi-line phone system and forward calls to appropriate individuals.
- Review and confirm conference room and hoteling office reservations utilizing Event Management System, alerting internal clients of any potential errors and discrepancies. Communicate regularly with hospitality and IT Departments to coordinate set ups and technology needs.
- Maintains security by communicating with the building, setting up client and visitor access, providing visitors with loaner access cards and following up for their return.
- Provide parking validations to guests and maintain log of validations to include relevant information such as client matter numbers, visitor names and amount of validation provided. Alert Administration when validation supply is in need of replenishment.
- Order building access cards for new hires and replacement access cards as needed.
- Process expense reports and office invoices in Chrome River. Assist with attorney timesheet entry as needed.
- Assist Office Administrator, HR Management, and other departments with projects as needed.
- Keep reception area neat and orderly at all times.
- Coordinate office maintenance needs with building management.
- Perform daily office opening and closing duties.
- A high school degree.
- 1-2 years of experience working as a receptionist in a corporate environment. Previous law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Word, Outlook).
- Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills and professional presentation.

- A high school degree.
- 1-2 years of experience working as a receptionist in a corporate environment. Previous law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred.
