This role will be based in Los Angeles once we're back in the office. Open to non-local candidates interested in future relocation.
What You'll Be Helping Achieve
The Ad Ops Coordinator will be responsible for digital ad campaign management. The candidate will collaborate with media teams, account teams and vendors to implement and oversee digital ad campaigns. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once will be a key component of the ad ops coordinator's success.
This is an entry level position and does not require a college degree.
What You'll Be Working On
  • Obtain trafficking sheet and creative assets for campaign launches
  • Use DCM to traffic digital creatives, generate/send tags, and QA assets to ensure specs compliance
  • Request, implement, and QA verification/study/audience pixels from vendors (IAS, Comscore, Millward Brown, Nielsen, JD Power, etc.)
  • Work with DCO vendors (Sizmek, CM360, Flashtalking, etc.) to traffic dynamic assets according to campaign KPIs
  • Coordinate with vendors, publishers, creative agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely campaign launches
  • Troubleshoot trafficking, pixel, or campaign delivery issues
  • Manage commercial record and pattern data entry
  • Strategize, generate, implement, and QA floodlight tags and partner pixels with media planning and dev teams, ensuring proper tracking in staging/live environments
  • Pull and analyze reports to confirm tracking accuracy
  • Maintain knowledge of verification partner products, ad specs, and workflow processes
  • Participate in relevant meetings, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and ensure timely responses to requests
  • Contribute ideas for workflow/process improvements and stay updated on emerging ad tech
  • Other tasks/projects as assigned
How You'll Excel In Your Role
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong communicator, responsive, and team-oriented
  • Proficient in Excel; SharePoint and/or Media Ocean experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of HTML/JavaScript and ad servers (CM360, Flashtalking, Innovid, etc.)
  • Ability to translate technical details for non-technical audiences
  • Interest in ad tech for digital and broadcast; problem-solving mindset

Pay
$20/hr - non negotiable - equivalent: $36,400 gross yr.
