An entertainment and streaming giant is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their marketing team! This role supports a fast-paced creative marketing team, assisting in the development and execution of campaigns across key art, social content, and promotional materials. The ideal candidate is highly organized, digitally savvy, and able to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and projects.
- Pay range: $28-32/hour
- Must be available for hybrid schedule in Culver City, CA
- Must be open to working some Sundays and OT
- Take notes during creative feedback calls, share key takeaways with relevant partners, and assist with marketing deck preparation
- Route creative materials for legal review and approvals
- Support key art development by managing creative briefs, researching comparable titles, and assembling mood boards
- Contribute to social content development, including brainstorming ideas, supporting talent communications, and assisting with clip pulls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met
- Assist with file management, project tracking, and general creative workflow
- 2-3+ years of professional experience with strong project management and multitasking abilities (formal PM background not required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting multiple teams and working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Proficiency with Photoshop, Google Slides, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with social media tools and platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Airtable, Slack)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced creative environment
- Knowledge of content streaming and social media platforms
- Experience at an entertainment studio, TV network, streaming platform, or creative agency
- Knowledge of movie and television fandoms
- Passion for storytelling, television, streaming, and film
- Location: Culver City, CA
- Hybrid schedule: In-office Monday-Wednesday
- BA or equivalent professional experience
