Your Responsibilities

* Reach out to potential candidates to share MLR opportunities and assess their interest
* Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations
* Follow up with leads to sustain interest and facilitate the hiring journey
* Keep thorough and accurate records in our applicant tracking system
* Earn commissions based on the meetings you schedule, interviews conducted, and successful hires made through your leads

Compensation Structure
