nWhat You Will Do:
nCitrix Administration & Support; maintain, manage and, troubleshoot on-prem Citrix systems to include Virtual Apps and Desktops, PVS and MCS Provisioning, Director1, StoreFront, Federated Authentication Service, Citrix Workspace App. Facilitate the integration of Citrix environments with Windows Server and Windows Desktop platforms. Design and implement disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.
nActive Directory & Security Administration; Manage Active Directory (AD) integration, DHCP, DNS, user authentication, Group Policy settings, and user profile management for Citrix environments. Support identity and access management, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and role-based access control.
nPerform incident analysis and configuration management (impacting various sized workgroups and/or chronic/recurring issues) related to IT infrastructure and support.
nManage issues which escalate beyond the status of incident.
nCoordinate the appropriate personnel to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
nDesign and implement infrastructure solutions.
nPerform root cause analysis on resolved issues.
nDesign and develop appropriate monitoring and other proactive measures to prevent future occurrences.
nMentor Tier I staff during problem resolution and root case analysis to increase efficiency and knowledge of Tier I personnel.
nAnalyze and document the architecture and configuration of infrastructure and applications.
nProvide configuration and engineering for new technologies.
nLead the support and configuration activities for technologies.
nDevelop project plans using methodologies defined by industry best practices (such as WBS, MS Project).
nComplete tasks assigned to accomplish approved application and infrastructure change requests.
nConsult with applications and infrastructure personnel on new initiatives and the impacts they will have on the infrastructure.
nRegular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.

nWhat You Will Need:
nPreferred Bachelor's Degree MIS, computer science, or an equivalent combination of formal education and job-related experience. 5+ years of experience administering enterprise level Citrix environments.
nDemonstrated ability in the support and function of one or more of the following:
nExperience working with virtualization and storage technologies such as VMware and/or Nutanix
nKnowledge of networking, security protocols, and infrastructure best practices
nFamiliarity with enterprise IT compliance and regulatory standards
nProficient in the use of Powershell and Batch scripting as related to Citrix and Active Directory integrated environments
nDesktop/laptop hardware, operating system, and Office suite Infrastructure hardware configuration IP networking
nWindows Server and/or Unix operating systems
nShared storage technologies
nVirtualization technologies
nEvent monitoring, logging and data collection techniques
nAdministering Cloud Services
nMentor and facilitate discussions across a wide range of teams and technologies.
nExperience with the application of math, algebra and statistical and volumetric methods.

nOptional Experience:
nCitrix Netscaler and Citrix Gateway integrations
nCitrix certifications such as CCE-V, CCP-V, CCA-V, or CCA-AppDS
nApplication virtualization and delivery with products such as App Layering, App-V, etc.
nCitrix Cloud
nVMware or other hypervisor experience
