What You Will Do:

n

Citrix Administration & Support; maintain, manage and, troubleshoot on-prem Citrix systems to include Virtual Apps and Desktops, PVS and MCS Provisioning, Director1, StoreFront, Federated Authentication Service, Citrix Workspace App. Facilitate the integration of Citrix environments with Windows Server and Windows Desktop platforms. Design and implement disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.

n

Active Directory & Security Administration; Manage Active Directory (AD) integration, DHCP, DNS, user authentication, Group Policy settings, and user profile management for Citrix environments. Support identity and access management, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and role-based access control.

n

Perform incident analysis and configuration management (impacting various sized workgroups and/or chronic/recurring issues) related to IT infrastructure and support.

n

Manage issues which escalate beyond the status of incident.

n

Coordinate the appropriate personnel to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

n

Design and implement infrastructure solutions.

n

Perform root cause analysis on resolved issues.

n

Design and develop appropriate monitoring and other proactive measures to prevent future occurrences.

n

Mentor Tier I staff during problem resolution and root case analysis to increase efficiency and knowledge of Tier I personnel.

n

Analyze and document the architecture and configuration of infrastructure and applications.

n

Provide configuration and engineering for new technologies.

n

Lead the support and configuration activities for technologies.

n

Develop project plans using methodologies defined by industry best practices (such as WBS, MS Project).

n

Complete tasks assigned to accomplish approved application and infrastructure change requests.

n

Consult with applications and infrastructure personnel on new initiatives and the impacts they will have on the infrastructure.

n

Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.

What You Will Need:

n

Preferred Bachelor's Degree MIS, computer science, or an equivalent combination of formal education and job-related experience. 5+ years of experience administering enterprise level Citrix environments.

n

Demonstrated ability in the support and function of one or more of the following:

n

Experience working with virtualization and storage technologies such as VMware and/or Nutanix

n

Knowledge of networking, security protocols, and infrastructure best practices

n

Familiarity with enterprise IT compliance and regulatory standards

n

Proficient in the use of Powershell and Batch scripting as related to Citrix and Active Directory integrated environments

n

Desktop/laptop hardware, operating system, and Office suite Infrastructure hardware configuration IP networking

n

Windows Server and/or Unix operating systems

n

Shared storage technologies

n

Virtualization technologies

n

Event monitoring, logging and data collection techniques

n

Administering Cloud Services

n

Mentor and facilitate discussions across a wide range of teams and technologies.

n

Experience with the application of math, algebra and statistical and volumetric methods.

Minimum Applicable driver's license. Mobility to travel in and around office facilities system wide.

n

Use office tools and equipment required. Communicate and exchange information or instructions.

n

Visual ability to perform job responsibilities.

Optional Experience:

n

Citrix Netscaler and Citrix Gateway integrations

n

Citrix certifications such as CCE-V, CCP-V, CCA-V, or CCA-AppDS

n

Application virtualization and delivery with products such as App Layering, App-V, etc.

n

Citrix Cloud

n

VMware or other hypervisor experience

n
