nCompensation: $90,000 $110,000 (Relocation assistance available)

nnWhat Youll Do

- Ensure product quality and compliance with AS9100, ISO9001, NADCAP, and FAA requirements n
- Lead root cause investigations and drive corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) n
- Analyze data to identify trends and implement quality improvement strategies n
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Manufacturing, and Engineering to drive process control and efficiency n
- Oversee inspection processes and create/maintain quality standards, quality plans, and procedures n
- Monitor KPIs such as scrap, rework, and customer complaints, and lead initiatives to reduce COPQ n
- Manage and lead internal and external audits n
- Represent Quality in customer discussions, MRB activities, and supplier quality reviews n
- Support APQP, PPAP, and new product introduction activities n
- Train and mentor teams on quality tools, processes, and best practices n
What You Bring
n- n
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience) n
- 3+ years in a manufacturing quality role, preferably in aerospace or a regulated industry n
- Experience with welding, brazing, heat treat, or special process environments n
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) n
- Hands-on experience leading CAPA, MRB, and root cause investigations n
- Working knowledge of quality systems and regulatory standards (AS9100, NADCAP) n
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and Microsoft Office n
- Strong communication and technical writing skills n
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to work cross-functionally n
