Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage administrative tasks and support to the CEO / President.


Duration

Contract position 5-6 month duration.


Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for executive review.
  • Coordinate and organize executive meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks to support executive decision-making processes.
Qualifications
  • 2+ Years proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
Required Work Hours

Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM



Additional Details

Max Pay is $33. Min Pay is $30. Depending on experience
