Our customer, an AM Law 100 firm , is looking for a Commercial Transaction Counsel. The secondee will act as an attorney supporting the licensing and product counseling business.
Projected Start Date: September 15, 2025
Duration: 7 months, with the potential to extend
Hours per Week: 40 hours per week
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid) / Remote (Must reside and be licensed in Washington)
Must-Haves:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in the U.S.
- Strong transactional background.
- Experience in privacy and/or regulatory law.
- Ability to work independently with high judgment.
- Experience drafting, structuring, and negotiating technology and commercial agreements.
- Experience in product counseling for technology products.
- Familiarity with licensing matters.
- Experience providing regulatory advice for consumer technology.
Responsibilities:
- Providing product and regulatory advice on new initiatives.
- Structuring, drafting, and negotiating technology and commercial transactions.
- Coordinating with international attorneys supporting the digital and device businesses around the globe.
