As the Assistant General Manager of Operations , you will ensure front of the house and sales responsibilities for an assigned group of stores are managed effectively.

Location : The Venetian Hotel & Casino
Mandatory weekend availability

Coordinate floor moves with Corporate Visual, AGMO and local teams
Act as Manager on Duty, closing and opening duties for entire location
Will be fully trained on POS, Store Force, ADP, Aptos, PowerDMS and all other systems
Will be back up for the AGM of Operations on all stock and facilities related activities
GED or High school graduate
~ Bachelor’s in management, Retail, or Merchandising helpful
~3+ years multi-unit, fast paced retail (travel retail helpful)
~1+ years management • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
~ Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (WORD, Excel, Power Point)
~ Additional Security clearance may be required depending upon location
~ Satisfactory Criminal Background Check and Drug Testing May be required depending upon location

Language
~ Understand, speak, read, and write fluent English
