About the Role:
As Flinn Scientific’s Contract Operations Administrator, you’ll be the operational linchpin for managing education contracts. From tracking awards and maintaining compliance to supporting reporting and internal coordination, you’ll keep our national and regional contracts running smoothly and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage contract awards, expirations, and RFPs
- Handle vendor registrations, COIs, and compliance documentation
- Run accurate sales reports and reconcile cooperative fees using Power BI
- Support sales teams with contract details, updates, and reporting deadlines
- Maintain organized records and refine internal processes
Tools You'll Use:
Microsoft Office, Power BI, Google Workspace
What You Bring:
- 2+ years in contract admin, sales ops, or compliance
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Advanced Excel skills (Power BI a big plus)
- Familiarity with public procurement or cooperative contracts is a bonus
