SkyBridge Luxury & Associates , in collaboration with a leading Hospitality Partner are seeking a visionary Director of Operations to lead total operations for our Montgomery property. The Director of Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for guiding the Rooms and Food & Beverage (F&B) department leaders, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and exceptional guest experiences. Reporting directly to senior management, this leader will execute the strategic vision of the organization and cultivate a culture of service and innovation.
Provide executive oversight for all hotel operations, including Rooms, Housekeeping, and F&B.
Lead day-to-day operations with a hands-on, approachable leadership style.
Serve as a role model for operational excellence, stepping into key roles when needed.
Champion a guest-centric culture that delivers world-class service and upholds brand standards.
Financial & Operational Accountability
Analyze daily revenue and labor reports to ensure efficient operations without compromising quality.
Collaborate with Revenue Management, Department Heads, and the GM to meet and exceed budget targets.
Oversee cost controls for food, labor, and operations, driving profitability.
Use data analytics to identify opportunities for growth and refine operational strategies.
Adapt to operational demands, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Provide support for specialty programs like banquets, coffee programs, and in-room dining.
3+ years of senior leadership experience in upscale hospitality operations.
~ Proven expertise in hotel and restaurant operations, with a track record of driving guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
~ Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
~ Agilysys POS, ADP, Opera Cloud, KYC Hotel Optimization.
