A newly established office of a leading international law firm is seeking a Legal Secretary to support a mix of transactional and litigation attorneys . Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to a Partner and several Associates/Counsel.
  • Independently manage court filings (state and federal).
  • Handle calendaring, scheduling, client matter openings , and conflict checks .
  • Assist with reception duties, billing, timekeeping , and basic accounting tasks.
  • Monitor and respond to calls/emails with professionalism and urgency.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 5+ years of legal secretarial experience.
  • Comfortable supporting both transactional and litigation practices.
  • Experience from small/mid-sized firms or public sector (e.g., DA's office, courts) is welcome.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment , with strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
