Compensation Analyst
~ We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation Analyst to join our growing team. As part of our HR team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our compensation strategies support employee engagement and business performance.
Analyze and evaluate internal and external market data to design competitive salary structures and incentive programs.
Support annual compensation processes, including merit increases, bonus programs, and salary adjustments.
Benchmark jobs and analyze compensation surveys to ensure market competitiveness.
Assist in the development and administration of company-wide compensation policies and procedures.
Prepare reports and dashboards on compensation trends, cost analysis, and program effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
~3+ years of experience in compensation analysis or related HR function.
~ Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and HRIS systems (Workday, ADP, or similar).
~ Private equity, banking, financial services, investment management experience
