We’re looking for an experienced UX Designer to support large-scale, complex product experiences across responsive web and native applications. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Figma, user-centered design, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Design intuitive user interfaces for responsive web and mobile (iOS/Android) apps.
Translate business goals and research findings into high-impact UX solutions.
Collaborate with product teams to define problems, facilitate sessions, and deliver end-to-end experiences.
Support multiple design streams, contributing to a cohesive product suite.
Ensure designs align with risk and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout.
Strong understanding of UX best practices (navigation, IA, mobile patterns).
Experience designing for enterprise products and large programs.
Ability to synthesize research and present design decisions clearly.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Experience with JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite, and design documentation.
MUST HAVE: A strong portfolio that demonstrates detailed case studies, visual polish, and real-world problem solving in complex systems.
Candidates must be able to work onsite in Plano 4 days per week. Relocation assistance is not provided.
