Location: New York Region (Remote, Hybrid if near Manhattan or West Henrietta)

Travel: Up to 20% (for team/client meetings)

Expenses Covered: Internet (if remote), business travel mileage, cell phone (if used for business and apps)

Overview:

Team is seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Project Manager to oversee and deliver small cell and fiber deployment projects, primarily supporting major carriers such as Verizon and AT&T . This role is delivery-focused and requires strong financial oversight, customer interfacing, and cross-functional coordination. Ideal candidates will have a background in telecom project management, data analysis, and experience managing budgets and schedules across complex deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full project lifecycle from planning to close-out, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (RF design, permitting, construction, site acquisition, etc.) to meet project deliverables.
  • Lead internal and external deployment meetings; provide detailed project updates to stakeholders and customers.
  • Maintain accurate tracking and documentation for all project phases and ensure timely submission of close-out materials.
  • Proactively manage project risks, escalating issues that may affect timelines or costs.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in project management (telecom or related industries preferred).
  • Strong customer-facing experience; ability to represent company in client meetings.
  • Proven track record managing project budgets and financial reviews.
  • Proficient in MS Excel for data organization and analysis.
  • Understanding of telecom infrastructure (fiber, telco, power, antennas, regulatory).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Verizon/AT&T or other carrier-specific project environments.
  • Knowledge of ROW deployments , permitting, and regulatory processes.

Work Structure:

  • Hybrid Schedule (Tues–Thurs in-office, Mon/Fri WFH) if near Manhattan or West Henrietta.
  • 100% Remote available if located within the New York region.
