Job Overview:

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team, serving as a strategic finance partner for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and their organizations. In this visible role, you will analyze data to provide insights that inform smarter business decisions. Your responsibilities include leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for key corporate functions, helping senior leaders understand financial trends, implications, and strategic actions.

This role is ideal for someone with strong financial skills, the ability to simplify complex information, and excellent communication skills. You will collaborate across finance, accounting, and business units to connect financial results with strategic priorities, support executive presentations, and identify risks and opportunities. A thorough understanding of how business decisions impact the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow is essential, along with a passion for data storytelling and strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary finance business partner for designated corporate functions (e.g., HR, Legal, IT, Finance), supporting ELT members and leadership teams.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with function leaders to support strategic decisions and enhance financial performance.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans aligned with enterprise goals.
  • Deliver monthly budget-to-actual reports, variance analysis, and insights to promote accountability.
  • Communicate SG&A targets and updates effectively, helping leaders prioritize initiatives.
  • Articulate financial insights and business implications clearly to executive leadership through storytelling and presentations.
  • Create compelling, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations that highlight the story behind the numbers.
  • Lead headcount planning and resource allocation in collaboration with HR and business leaders.
  • Provide financial guidance on key initiatives, vendor contracts, and transformation projects.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in planning, analysis, and reporting processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or FP&A; experience supporting SG&A or corporate functions preferred.
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships and influence at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and data visualization skills.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in SAP, Planning Analytics, Workday, and PowerPoint required.
  • Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential data appropriately.
  • Occasional travel (<15%) and flexibility in working hours.
  • Hybrid role requiring 3 days in-office per week.
