Were growing fastand were looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to help us scale our provider acquisition efforts.
About the Role
Were seeking a data-driven, tech-savvy Marketing Operations Manager to lead the execution and optimization of our marketing systems and processes. This role is critical to ensuring the efficiency and scalability of our marketing efforts through automation, campaign development, and seamless integration of our tech stack. Youll work closely with the Director of Marketing and cross-functional teams to build and refine automated workflows, manage our marketing platforms, and support data-driven decision-making across the funnel.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Automation & Tech Stack Management
- Own the day-to-day operations of Pardot (Account Engagement) and ensure seamless integration with Salesforce.
- Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows, including nurture journeys, triggered communications, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Maintain database hygiene, lead routing logic, and system integrity in collaboration with marketing and sales stakeholders.
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to the marketing tech stack to support evolving business needs.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Develop and execute drip campaigns and multi-touch programs to engage healthcare providers throughout the funnel.
- Manage monthly email sends, including segmentation, suppression, and UTM tracking.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Track engagement and funnel progression using Salesforce and Pardot reporting tools.
- Support marketing leadership with dashboards and performance summaries.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate across teams to support strategic initiatives and ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or email marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot (Account Engagement) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, segmentation, and marketing automation best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Experience in healthcare, staffing, or B2B marketing is a plus.
- Experience with Sense is a plus.
