About the Role:We re seeking a Level 3 Assembler with advanced skills in wire harness and cable assembly, including high-precision soldering. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, experience working in a high-reliability environment, and current IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification.You ll build complete assemblies from start to finish, interpret technical documentation, and work within lean production cells for industries such as aerospace, defense, medical, and more.Key ResponsibilitiesWire & Harness BuildingCut, strip, route, terminate, and bundle wiresInstall connectors, backshells, sleeves, and labelsUse jigs, formboards, layout boards, and fixturesSoldering & TerminationPerform high-precision soldering to terminals, wires, and PCBsFollow IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class II/III & J-STD-001 standardsConduct repairs and splices as neededTechnical DocumentationRead and work from schematics, BOMs, engineering drawingsAdapt builds to new revision changes and version controlProduction ProcessFollow work instructions and travelers accuratelyMaintain ESD safety and a clean 5S work environmentComplete builds within task time in a lean cellQualificationsRequired:IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certified Specialist (must be current)5+ years in electrical wire harness/cable assemblySkilled with soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, testers, etc.Familiar with continuity testing, semi-auto crimpers, and heat toolsPreferred:J-STD-001 CertificationExperience with:Aerospace, automotive, or medical wiringSmall gauge wires (30 AWG and smaller)Prototype and low-volume/high-mix manufacturingPerforming rework or modifications to specPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit/stand at a bench for extended periodsStrong hand-eye coordination and visual accuracyLift up to 30 lbs occasionallyReady to Apply?If you're certified, precise, and passionate about building mission-critical assemblies we want to hear from you!
