Job Description
One of our clients is looking for an entry-level Financial Analyst for a contract opportunity.
- Assist in compiling and analyzing financial data to support decision-making.
- Use Excel and financial software to create reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Collaborate across departments to monitor budgets, projections, and key performance metrics.
- Conduct market research and benchmark analysis to identify trends and opportunities for the organization.
- Support the preparation of forecasts and variance analyses for monthly and quarterly reports.
- Help identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency in financial operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
- Familiarity with basic financial concepts such as budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to contribute in a collaborative team setting.
- Basic knowledge of financial software or tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, or Power BI) is an advantage but not required.
