NOW HIRING for an Accountant in the South Charlotte area! This is a great company that offers full benefits and competitive pay!

Looking for candidates who work well in a fast paced environment and can work as a team player.

Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, with a 1 hour lunch period.

Salary is $55K-$75K , depending on experience.

Accounts Receivable Duties:

• Review invoices for accuracy and send invoices to customers
• Process and reconcile credit card payments
• Receive incoming payments

Accounts Payable Duties:

• Receive and post all bills and expense reports
• Checks reprts and reconciles expenses
• Pays all outstanding invoices
• Handle billing disputes with customers

Additional duties as needed:

• Assist with answering phones
• Prepare and distribute tax forms monthly/annually
• Assist with month end and year end closings
• Provide back up in the office as needed
