Accounts Payable Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Payable Specialist located in our Phoenix, AZ office. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing expense reports, preparing and posting journal entries, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate records. The Specialist will work closely with the finance and accounting teams to support daily financial transactions and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with processing Check Requests, Invoices, and Expense Reports, and maintaining accurate financial records
• Able to create and maintain monthly cash flow budgets
• Strong analytical skills for financial analysis and problem-solving
• Background in finance and accounting practices
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field a plus
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel is required
