Senior Accountant Philadelphia (3 days onsite) to $90K + BONUS
Staff Accountant for a high-impact, growth-oriented role with a robust accounting and finance team in Philadelphia on a hybrid schedule. Support job costing, billing, budgeting and more.
- Prepare Job costs for multiple ongoing construction projects
- Assist with AIA Billing, T&M billing
- Assist with monthly budget tracking of various construction projects
- Manage general ledger activities and support financial reporting and analysis
- Utilize financial concepts for planning, analysis, and implementing effective controls
- Apply creative problem-solving to address complex accounting issues
- Contribute to special projects
- Support annual audit processes, including interim and year-end testing and handling audit requests
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance (or related field)
- ERP software experience + 3 years accounting experience
