About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to manage the development and execution of omnichannel campaigns that drive direct-to-consumer growth across Crimson Wine Groups premium wine portfolio. This fully remote role is responsible for strategizing and executing marketing communications via email, SMS, and web promotions using advanced CRM tools. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented marketer with strong analytical capabilities, creative flair, and a deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end email and SMS campaign execution using the Braze CRM platform across all brand entities
- Collaborate on the editorial calendar to align campaigns with business goals and seasonal sales opportunities
- Assist in designing and deploying automated customer journeys for lifecycle marketingfrom acquisition to retention
- Create compelling email templates, manage creative assets, and optimize landing pages for campaign performance
- Execute robust quality assurance and testing protocols prior to campaign deployment
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine campaigns and improve KPIs
- Analyze customer demographics and behavior to drive strategic segmentation and targeting
- Manage multiple digital systems for content management, analytics, e-commerce, and lead capture
- Monitor and report campaign performance, providing actionable, data-driven insights for continuous improvement
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in email and digital marketing
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Braze, Klaviyo, or HubSpot (Braze preferred)
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with image editing tools for digital marketing purposes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to make data-informed decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience or interest in the wine industry and DTC best practices is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Commerce7 and e-commerce platforms is a plus
