Deliver quality care in every patient interaction and enjoy ongoing opportunities for growth, including $500 in annual learning assistance. Compensation & Perks That Count:

Creating Exceptional First Impressions
- Welcome new patients with warmth and enthusiasm, setting the tone for their orthodontic journey. Patient Education and Treatment Planning
- Work alongside the orthodontist to present treatment options, utilizing educational tools to help patients understand their care journey. Building Patient Relationships
- Review health histories, understand treatment goals, and serve as a trusted liaison between patients, doctors, and referring dentists. Practice Growth
- Follow up with potential patients, track conversion metrics, and contribute to practice development. Professional Communication
- Generate correspondence for referring dentists and maintain detailed patient records. The Teammate We're Looking For
1+ years of dental or orthodontic office experience preferred (but not required) Professional sales experience considered an asset Treatment Coordinator experience a plus Radiology license and dental assistant certification are a plus, but not required Bilingual is a plus
