Position Summary

The Social Media Content Coordinator is responsible for managing and creating content for Indigo Living's social media channels. This role focuses on planning, developing, and distributing engaging content that builds community, drives engagement, and enhances the company's digital presence. The coordinator collaborates closely with the marketing team to support social strategy and maintain brand alignment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develops and implements social media content calendars aligned with marketing goals and community initiatives. Creates, curates, schedules, and posts original content (graphics, copy, video, and interactive media) across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others. Engages with followers, monitors comments and messages, and responds in a timely, professional manner. Tracks and analyzes social media performance metrics; presents insights and content performance updates to the marketing team. Adjust content strategies based on analytics and community goals. Help drive traffic to property websites and listings with optimized posts and calls to action. Coordinates with the team to identify content opportunities and community events to promote across platforms. Helps brainstorm and execute content that aligns with broader marketing efforts (SEO, email, signage, events). Maintains brand consistency across all social platforms and ensures alignment with visual and messaging guidelines. Provides social media training, resources, and best practices to on-site staff and property managers. Assists with online reputation management and supports efforts to maintain a positive brand image. Prepares monthly social media performance reports and contributes to broader marketing analytics discussions. Provides research, writing, and editing information for news releases, feature stories, advertising copy, newsletters, writing, and editing information. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field. Two years minimum experience in social media content creation or digital marketing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Creative Suite preferred. Strong understanding of social media platforms, content best practices, and analytics tools. Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Success Factors
