Overview

At St. Luke's, our dedicated team of Certified Medical Assistants in our Spine Care Clinic are committed to building a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture while delivering exceptional patient experiences.

What You Can Expect:

Serve as a clinical subject matter expert and mentor to medical assistant staff, supporting onboarding, training, and ongoing development

Assist with staff scheduling, daily workflow coordination, and help manage patient escalations with professionalism and empathy

Act as a trusted resource for patients, providers, and team members, promoting high standards of care and patient experience

Maintain knowledge of clinical supply processes, support inventory management, and ensure adherence to accreditation standards

Demonstrate leadership through effective communication, de-escalation skills, and by fostering a collaborative, solution-focused environment

Work clinic hours with scheduling options of five 8-hour shifts (5/8s) or four 10-hour shifts (4/10s); flexibility required to meet changing clinic needs

Qualifications:

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Certifications

Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Current recognized National Certification as a Medical Assistant

NCCT, NAHP, AMT, AAMA, AMCA, NHA

Experience

2 years
