The Carryout Team Member is responsible for accurately taking, preparing, and packaging food and beverage orders for guests in a courteous and efficient manner, in accordance with company standards. Ensures orders are correct, properly packaged, and ready for pickup or delivery. Assists in maintaining the carryout station and equipment by following opening and closing checklists. Directs, implements, and upholds a philosophy aligned with Company culture, serving as a guide to all team members.
Essential Job Functions: Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a positive first impression. Manage the to-go orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations when needed. Handle phone orders with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly. Resolve any guest concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements: Host/hostess experience Food service background Strong customer service skills Previous restaurant experience Excellent communication skills Familiarity with POS systems Good phone etiquette Skilled in guest relations
