Active LPN license LPN license in Michigan Current BLS certification Minimum 1 year of LTC or SNF experience preferred Ability to work overnight shifts and block schedules Strong clinical and communication skills Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as ordered Conduct routine health checks and monitor resident conditions Document care and updates accurately in the EMR Assist with ADLs and collaborate with the care team Ensure compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and safety standards Respond to urgent health situations promptly Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
