In this pivotal role, you will lead all treasury functions, including cash flow analysis, foreign exchange (FX) hedging, FX derivatives management, and intercompany netting. You will be instrumental in shaping liquidity management strategies, reducing financial risks, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Your leadership will be vital as you mentor and guide a talented team of treasury professionals to exceed departmental objectives. Applicants should possess a Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA, MSF) and/or professional certifications (CTP, CFA) are highly desirable. A demonstrated history of managerial success and expertise in treasury operations, especially within a global framework, is critical. Key qualifications include deep knowledge of cash flow analysis, FX hedging techniques, and financial modeling, alongside proficiency in FX derivatives instruments for effective risk management. You must exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration and drive transformation within a dynamic business landscape.
