We are looking for a skilled Market Research Specialist to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in managing and executing comprehensive benchmarking surveys, analyzing data, and creating impactful visual presentations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with internal experts and external vendors while delivering high-quality insights for decision-making. Responsibilities: Manage and execute multiple benchmarking surveys annually, including organizing data by industry, region, and other key metrics. Program survey questionnaires using advanced survey programming platforms. Oversee survey progress by performing data quality checks, cleaning raw data files, and ensuring respondent recruitment quotas are met by third-party vendors. Compile and analyze data cuts across various industries and geographic regions to support internal leadership and subject-matter experts. Create visually engaging and concise data presentations to communicate complex findings effectively. Conduct thorough quality checks on survey programming, data tables, and reports to maintain consistency and accuracy. Collaborate with stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors, to ensure project milestones are met. Utilize tools like Power BI and Microsoft Excel to analyze and visually represent data. Support the development of internal- and external-facing documents with well-structured data insights. Requirements: Demonstrated experience in quantitative research methodologies. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Excel. Strong ability to manage relationships with stakeholders, including vendors and internal clients. Proven track record of conducting data quality checks and ensuring consistency in reporting. Familiarity with survey programming platforms like Qualtrics. Ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear and compelling manner. Effective organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
