The Sr. Analyst, Data Analytics and Reporting role will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of analytic strategies and solutions in support of the Indivior Integrity & Compliance (I&C) Program Strategy. The role will work collaboratively and in alignment with IT and relevant corporate protocols. The key responsibilities are to generate program measurement, insights, standardized analytic tools, management reports, and enable continuous evolution of I&C processes and practices. Additionally, the role will proactively identify opportunities for innovation and leverage technologies to optimize I&C activities. Essential Functions

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following: Collect, process, and analyze large data sets related to compliance activities, including auditing, monitoring, investigations, and training Design, build and deploy BI solutions - data models, reporting systems, dashboards, and performance metrics using Power BI and/or Tableau to support key compliance decisions Create intuitive and impactful visualizations and reports for diverse stakeholders Maintain and optimize BI platforms ensuring accuracy and usability. Collaborate with I&C, IT and other functions to translate the business needs to technical specifications Ensure data quality and integrity Support the development and execution of the compliance analytics program, including setting objectives, identifying key performance indicators, and tracking progress Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the compliance data analytics program Perform testing and troubleshooting Develop and maintain technical documentation Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a data analytics or a BI role (compliance experience is a plus) Hands-on expertise with Power BI and/or Tableau (data modelling, DAX, calculated fields) Proficiency in SQL and BI technologies Experience in data warehouse design and data architecture In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) framework Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude Knowledge of data science techniques or Python/R preferred Proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel Working knowledge of SAP, Veeva and Concur systems is a plus. Travel may be required up to 10%. Competencies/Conduct
