Associate Director of Competitive Insights

who will play a pivotal role in gathering, analyzing, and delivering vital insights on the competitive landscape. This individual will synthesize information related to both marketed products and pipeline developments, effectively communicating overarching strategies, clinical programs, and competitive capabilities to various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Proactively gather and report competitive information across oncology, women's health, and overactive bladder therapeutic markets. Provide context and analysis of competitive information to support informed business decision-making. Lead competitive intelligence initiatives, including congress coverage, workshops, and monitoring activities. Create and update comprehensive reports on competitor products, launch timelines, and profiles. Map and analyze competitive dynamics in critical therapeutic areas. Communicate key competitive insights to cross-functional teams and leadership effectively. Attend and provide analysis on key scientific conferences, capturing themes and clinical data. Assist stakeholders in developing function-specific deliverables, such as forecasts and brand plans. Collaborate with third-party agencies to support competitive intelligence projects. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in competitive intelligence practices. We are looking for someone who is proactive, has strong communication skills, and can work collaboratively across departments. Qualifications: 8-12 years of relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, or 6-8 years with a Masters degree. A minimum of 3-5 years in competitive intelligence, consulting, or marketing within the industry. Experience in oncology is highly preferred, with additional knowledge of overactive bladder, endometriosis, or uterine fibroids being a plus. Previous marketing or sales experience is desirable. Experience with pharmaceutical data sources and managing external vendor relationships is beneficial. Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range for this role is $153,280 to $191,600, with the opportunity for merit-based increases and participation in a short incentive plan.
