Job Duties: • This position requires strong organizational and time management skills to handle clerical tasks such as data entry, document processing, and inventory tracking. • Attention to detail and accuracy are essential for maintaining records and managing workflow. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are critical for providing excellent customer service, including answering incoming phone calls, resolving member inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. • The ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is key to success in this role.

Job Summary: This role is essential for performing tasks including clerical duties, managing team inventory, processing rate renewals and handling incoming member phone calls during peak season for COBRA Administration. We have a team of 3 individuals in office this individual will work directly with and a team of over 80 remote team members.
