"Quality Investigation Technician II".
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate and execute technical activities related to nonconforming product investigations and compliance improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (laboratory, engineering, manufacturing, quality) to resolve product or process issues. Participate in and support root cause analysis efforts; document findings and data in appropriate systems. Assist in the development and implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Prepare clear and concise technical reports, summaries, and oral presentations. Identify issues and escalate for guidance when needed; contribute to continuous improvement of processes and procedures. Support product or process changes with potential impact at the program or system level.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong oral and written communication skills. Experience with root cause investigation methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams). Understanding of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes. Ability to work independently with moderate direction and collaborate effectively across teams. Attention to detail with strong documentation and reporting skills.
