Java full stack senior developer

Proficiency in Java and strong experience with frameworks like Spring Boot. Expertise in Angular and related front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript). Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL). Understanding of software development best practices, including testing, debugging, and performance optimization. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Excellent Team player, prior experience in leading a team of 5-10 offshore / nearshore developers. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Front-end Development:

• Design and implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces using Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Back-end Development:

• Develop and maintain server-side applications and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
• Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and efficient retrieval.

Code Quality and Maintenance:

• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

Agile Development:

• Participate in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Salary Range-$100,000-$120,000 a year
