Position Overview Lead and oversee all aspects of tax engagements for a diverse client portfolio. Responsibilities - Manage a substantial client book valued at $1M, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction. - Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients, optimizing their tax positions and compliance efforts. - Direct and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. - Stay abreast of evolving tax laws and regulations, advising clients on potential impacts and opportunities. - Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on tax matters. - Collaborate with partners and senior leadership to drive firm growth and strategic initiatives. - Actively contribute to business development efforts, expanding the firm's client base and service offerings.
