What You'll Do

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be at the heart of our mission to transform data into relevant insights that inspire the business' success. You will help deciding on the best approach to applying complex datasets to achieve targeted outcomes. You will collaborate with data engineers to ensure that solutions are built on top of valid data and with partners to ensure that solutions deliver actual value. You will report to a Senior Manager of Data Science.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be

Data Analysis: Use advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and extract relevant insights. Model Development: Build machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. Data Engineering: Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data availability, quality, and reliability for modeling purposes. Develop data pipelines and workflows. Experimentation: Plan and complete A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of algorithms, and strategies. Collaboration: Work with teams to maximize the growth of our internal data products. Communication: Present insights to all partners, providing guidance on data-driven decision-making processes. Research and Progress: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science, AI, and machine learning, and apply new techniques to enhance our products and services What You'll Need to be Successful

Minimum of 4 years of experience in data engineering or data science roles, with experience delivering impactful solutions Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and experience with data manipulation libraries and frameworks Experience of data warehousing concepts and experience with data warehousing technologies (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake) Experience translating complex findings to non-technical partners Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and dashboard development

Pay Range Details

The base pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

Colorado $132,400-$218,400 (annually)

Washington $132,400-$241,400 (annually)

California $132,400-$264,500 (annually)

NYC $146,400-$264,500 (annually)

The pay range above is the general base pay range for you in the state listed. Your actual salary/wage may be based on several factors, such as geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, market and business considerations. This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on company performance, depending on the terms of the applicable plan and your role.
