Our client is seeking a
Senior-level BI Developer / Epic Reporting Analyst
to partner closely with senior executives in the finance space and business teams. This role requires advanced SQL and data analytics skills along with deep expertise in Epic Reporting, particularly in the Revenue Cycle and Finance domains. This is a fully remote position. BI Developer / Epic Reporting Analyst's Responsibilities and Duties: Collaborate with senior leadership, finance teams, and business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs. Design, develop, and maintain complex Epic-based reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions. Leverage SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from Clarity, Caboodle, and other Epic data sources. Ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of all reporting deliverables. Support strategic initiatives by providing actionable insights from Epic Revenue Cycle and Finance data. Troubleshoot and optimize reports for performance and accuracy. Maintain compliance with data governance and security policies. BI Developer / Epic Reporting Analyst's Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field preferred. At least 5 years of experience with Epic Reporting in Revenue Cycle and Finance domains. Epic Certification(s) in Clarity, Caboodle, and Revenue Cycle (all three preferred; at least one required). Expert-level SQL development skills, including query optimization and data modeling. Strong data analytics and visualization capabilities. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
