A day in the life of a Human Resources Coordinator:
At Samaritans Purse, the Gospel really is the center of all we do! We start each day with a time of devotions and spend time praying for each other, our staff and volunteers who serve around the globe.
In the role of
Human Resources Coordinator , you will have the opportunity to: Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him Complete background checks, social media screens, and drug screens Prepare and presents offer letters and hire documents to candidates Coordinate and facilitates employee onboarding processes, ensuring all required documentation and forms are completed and executed accurately in preparation for employment Facilitate an excellent candidate experience by scheduling interviews with candidates, booking travel arrangements, and administering expense reimbursement process Answer and responds promptly and graciously to incoming calls and emails from applicants, hiring departments, and Ministry staff Support HR teams with expense reimbursement, invoicing, purchase requests, vendor set up, etc. Administer skills testing or other required candidate assessments as needed, and record results Update applicant records and HR system as needed Learn more about serving with Samaritans Purse .
Qualifications & Experience :
Associates degree and at least two (2) years of related human resources, recruiting, or administrative experience; or equivalent combination of training/education and experience. Strong commitment to customer service Strong attention to detail, exhibiting patience and diligence Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment Ability to work successfully within a team environment Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and general office software, and competency to learn other software and applications as needed Experience using an applicant tracking system and an HRIS preferred Job Location:
