Monday-Friday, 8a-5p THE POSITION:

We're seeking an

IT Business Analyst I

to join our growing Information Technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, tech-savvy individual to gain real-world experience across business systems, analytics, and user support. You'll work with experienced analysts, developers, and end users to help drive digital solutions that improve how our organization operates.

Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements Support development of user stories, workflows, process maps, and functional specs Help translate requirements into use cases, test plans, and test scripts Coordinate and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing Contribute to data validation and migration activities Assist in analyzing current systems and recommending improvements Help identify system issues and root causes through user feedback and data analysis Support the design and delivery of system enhancements or upgrades Respond to help desk tickets and serve as a point of contact for user support escalations Prepare training materials and assist with system onboarding for new users Create, update, and maintain system documentation, manuals, and internal reports Collaborate with developers, analysts, vendors, and business stakeholders Maintain awareness of IT best practices, tools, and industry trends THE QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field-or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Experience:

3 years of experience in IT, business analysis, systems support, or a similar field Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) Strong communication skills and a helpful, patient approach with users Willingness to learn new technologies and processes

Preferred:

Familiarity with basic reporting or data tools (e.g., Excel charts, Power BI) Exposure to ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow, Jira) Interest in business systems, analytics, or application support Previous experience in healthcare or working with sensitive information a plus Previous internship or project work in IT or analytics THE COMPANY

Pediatric Home Service is a pediatric home health agency that has provided high quality DME and nursing services to children that are medically fragile since 1990. Our services allow our clients to remain and thrive in their homes, schools, and communities. The majority of the clients we serve are age's birth through 21 years old and have a variety of technologies that might include a trach, ventilator or g-tube.

SALARY RANGE:

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The impact you make is invaluable. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The range for this role is $70,000 to $85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
