Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator

Warehouse Associate will perform tasks associated with shipping, receiving, and the material handling process at RealTruck, including receiving shipments, stocking, inventory control, picking, packing, staging orders, and shipping products, primarily using powered industrial trucks. Shifts Available: Tue-Fri 4pm-2:30am, (Pay $18.00 + $1.00 shift premium) OR Weekend shift Sat-Mon 5am-5:30pm, (Pay $18.00 + $2.25 shift premium) Must have experience driving powered equipment and ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance. All individuals, regardless of personal characteristics, are encouraged to apply Core functions include preparing product for movement throughout the warehouse, operating powered equipment to move products, assembling component parts into kits, picking and packing bulk and drop-ship inventory, unloading trailers, scanning palletized product wraps, receiving returned product, training other employees, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Qualifications and requirements include a high school diploma, 6-12 months of related experience and/or training, previous forklift experience, and skills in the operation of a computer with emphasis on WMS and MS Office. Competencies include adapting to changes in the work environment, managing competing demands, balancing team and individual responsibilities, and observing safety and security procedures. Physical requirements include exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical activities include climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, talking, and hearing. Visual acuity is required to determine the accuracy, neatness, thoroughness of work assigned or to make general observations of facilities or structures. The worker is subject to inside and outside environmental conditions, including heat, noise, vibration, and hazards from a production-based environment.
