Alignment Technician
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Alignment Technician to join our team. The Alignment Technician will be responsible for performing wheel alignments, diagnosing alignment-related issues, and ensuring vehicles meet manufacturer specifications for optimal performance and safety. This role requires technical expertise, precision, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities
Perform wheel alignments on a variety of vehicles using advanced alignment equipment. Inspect vehicle suspension and steering systems to identify issues affecting alignment. Adjust camber, caster, and toe angles to meet manufacturer specifications. Diagnose and troubleshoot alignment-related problems, including tire wear and handling issues. Communicate effectively with customers to explain alignment procedures and recommendations. Maintain and calibrate alignment equipment to ensure accurate results. Collaborate with other technicians to provide comprehensive vehicle maintenance services. Ensure a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards. Document all services performed and maintain accurate records of alignments and repairs. Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
