Production Associate
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for unloading drainage pipes of various sizes, trimming excess plastic, cutting materials to specification, and coiling them into rolls. This role requires the ability to routinely lift 30-40 pounds and team lift heavier items. Responsibilities
Unload and handle drainage pipes of all sizes. Trim excess plastic material. Cut materials to specified dimensions. Coil materials into rolls. Lift and maneuver parts weighing up to 100 pounds. Operate hand and power tools, including sawzall, with training provided if necessary. Conduct packaging tasks and operate machinery. Essential Skills
Experience in general labor, production line, or machine operation. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds routinely. Capability to maneuver up to 100 pounds. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous machine operation experience is beneficial. Experience in plastics manufacturing is advantageous. Why Work Here?

The work environment is non-climate controlled, which means it is cold in the winter and hot in the summer. The facility is organized and features a newly installed production line. However, if a significant amount of scrap plastic is produced, the space can become cramped. The facility operates with 60 total employees across three shifts: 1st shift from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., 2nd shift from 3 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., and 3rd shift from 11 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Overtime may be required before or after shifts and every other Saturday as needed. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of London, Ohio. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $21.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
